Disclaimer!

Mom-
I don't swear. Sometimes I type swear words, but I would never say them out loud. So don't worry.

AND... I know you can somehow make it so your blog is "private" so people your not "friends" with can't read it, and I know my previous post may have scared a few of you naive bloggers that didn't know random people read your blog, but please, please don't make yours private. It would greatly disappoint me. What else would I do at 11 p.m? And honestly, who makes a blog, or should I say BRAG spot, and doesn't actually want people to read it?

I am NOT a blog stalker

EVERYONE is a blog stalker! If your reading my blog right now, your a blog stalker. You stalk your friends, of course, then you stalk people who your not friends with, but you know them, and they know you. THEN, you stalk those that you know OF, but don't really know, and then you stalk those that you have never even heard, but your bored and they post pictures.
However, there is that one un-spoken rule to blog stalking. You never admitt that you stalk someone that your not really good friends with. example?
You run into to someone at the grocery store. They fall into the "you know them, they know you, but your not friends" category.

they say "hi! how are you? long time no see."
you say "great, how are you?"
they say"great, did you hear I got married last year!"
you say "...(I knew that, it was July 12 to be exact. you had 4 bridesmaids, and their dresses looked terrible)... No way congrats! I had no idea."
they say "Yeah I'm so happy. I have a blog you should check it out, then we could keep in touch better!"
you say "... (no shit you have a blog, I have been reading it faithfully for the past year)... I didn't know you had a blog! You will have to give me the address, I bet its fun to read!"

Case in point. For some reason, it's fun knowing about other's lives. Creepy, yes, but we all do it, so that makes it ok right?

Arizona

Last week I went for a much needed trip down to Arizona to spend time with the Dursts. Lyndsey and Brian sure know how to treat a guest! We did lots of shopping, sight seeing, swimming, biking, and of course Max and Lily kept me very entertained. Max talks non-stop, and is so stinkin funny. He sings a beautiful rendition of "On Top of Spaghetti." He says wonderful bedtime prayers, told me I look pretty, loves his girlfriend Indy (his dog), and talks about his weiner often.

Lily is such a squishy little girl and knows that she is a princess. She gives french kisses (gross, but really cute) and never stops moving! We went swimming and I never saw her get more excited than she was when splashing in the water. They really made the trip so much fun! Oh, Lynds and Brian did too. Here are a few pictures of my vacation.

One night while I was there I was able to get together with Kenzie and Brooke, two of my closest friends from Massage Therapy school. Brooke was in from California, and Kenzie lives in Mesa. It was so fun to catch up with them, we went to dinner in Tempe, and had such a good time. I really miss those girls!
Thanks for the fun trip Durst family! I can wait to see you guys again in July!

Bad Idea

Last week me and Cory were going to a movie, but as we drove by Sportsmans Warehouse we saw a girl selling some of these:

It was a big mistake to stop and hold the little puppies. I want one soooo bad, but because I'm 21 years old, and live in my parents basement... I have to ask them permission for everything. They gave me a big fat hell no, claiming that they already got stuck with the kitty I wanted a decade ago. All I can think about lately is having my own dog. I would want someone else to train him, and clean up after him, and buy his food, but other than that, I would take care of him like my own child. Someday...

Birthday Spoils

Monday was the big 21 for me. I LOVE my birthday. I always have an awesome day, and this year was one of the best, partly because I got these:

And this:

Cory got me the Keens. I needed a new pair of good shoes that I could wear to work, and a pair of shoes that I could wear in the water. Now I have two in one! He says they are my "fishing" shoes, I say "work" shoes, but really I just wear them all the time no matter what I'm doing. He also got me (with the help of his cute mom and sister) some jewelry and Victoria's Secret lotion, body wash, and splash. I smell awesome right now.

My wonderful parents got me the heart rate monitor. I had been wanting one for months! I strap the band around my rib cage and it relays info to my watch to tell me what my heart rate is, calories I burned, laps, etc. I'm so excited about it! My dad also made me the best baby back ribs southeast Idaho has ever seen. He could really put Outback out of business if he wanted... and I have been eating the BEST icecream cake for breakfast all week!

It was such a great day. I didn't have to work so Cory's dad took us down the river in his boat, and even though I didn't catch ONE stupid fish, I loved sitting in the sun relaxing. I got to talk to almost all of my siblings, except for Charlie who doesn't always have access to electricity, and Jayne, who called a day late... I still love her though. The only thing that could have made the day better would be Lyndsey and Brian being around. It's the first birthday they missed since they got married, and I didn't realize how much I miss having them around. But only one more week and I'm off to Arizona to play with those suckers...

A few things to be proud of...

First of all, a shout out to my Mom for Mother's Day! I was the only child of hers to be home, so we partied all day long... my mom is one bad ass... and will kill me for swearing.

Second of all, congrats to Lauren Lufkin who just had her first baby! She is a beautiful little girl, and I can't wait to meet her.

Third of all, Cory's little sister Allie just finished dental assisting school! Now she is all grown up and a college graduate!

And last but not least, my sissy-in-law Jena just finished her nursing program! I bet my brother is so excited for her to get a job...

I'm just surrounded by all these hardworkers. I'm proud of you all!

So lonely

Yesterday Brandi Buckley left on a mission to Brazil. LAME. Summertime is coming and it's reminding me of all the fun times Brandi and I had last summer...

We would run together (she kept my fat butt in shape)...

swim together...

date together...

And that was pretty much all I did last summer. It was great! But I'm going to miss Brandi ALOT. I have my home girls in rexburg, and Cory is moving home tomorrow (yay!) and I'm so glad to have them, but it was SO nice to have someone that loved doing all the same things I loved and was always wanting to hang out with me. Plus, Cory just doesn't care about stupid gossip, shopping, and getting a tan. He can be so lame... but it did always helped that our boyfriends at the time were buddies...
Love ya Brandi!
p.s. if your a lonely girl out there, well actually just in Idaho, give me a call.
